Uniforms at Summit
2024–2025 Summit Uniform
Why do Summit students wear a uniform?
It is the desire of Summit Classical Christian School to glorify God in both character and culture. In light of that, our uniform policy supports a manner of dress that reflects the Christian, classical, and scholarly image we wish to develop in our students.
The dress code is designed:
To help maintain student behavior and productivity.
To instill in students a sense of belonging and loyalty to the school.
To diminish fashion consciousness and socioeconomic cliques.
To promote a positive impression of our school within our community.
To encourage a biblical attitude of modesty and humility, exemplified through outward presentation.
Students are expected to comply with Summit’s dress code. Failure to do so will result in a uniform infractions by Summit Faculty or Staff. If dress is offensive or clearly inappropriate, parents will be called to bring their student a change of clothes. Parents are expected to actively support school uniform expectations. The administration is responsible for the determination of the policy, and the enforcement of the policy is the responsibility of parents, administration, faculty, and staff.
