Pat De Smet teaches 5th grade and middle school PE. He is also the Head Coach of the Boys Basketball program at Summit. Pat graduated from Northwest Baptist Seminary (now Corban) with a Masters in Ministry, and Augustana University (South Dakota) with Bachelor’s degrees in Health, PE, and Recreation, as well as Fitness Management. He has coached basketball at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, and most recently worked in juvenile detention. Coach De Smet is active as a coach throughout the year, and takes great pride and joy in helping disciple young people. He lives in Fall City with his wife, son, and dogs.
