Mrs. Etters teaches middle and upper school math and logic and serves as the Math Department Chair. In 2003, she graduated with a degree in Mathematics and a secondary teaching certificate from Whitworth University and started her career in education as a public high school math teacher in the Issaquah School District. She studied gifted education at the graduate level and has a passion for classical, Christian education and for finding creative ways of engaging Summit’s diverse and brilliant minds, while challenging all learners to reach their highest potential. This is Mrs. Etters 11th year on the Summit faculty.
